How to Delete Your Account

1. Navigate to your Profile page within the PigeonBase app.
2. Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions, including typing DELETE to confirm.
4. Check the confirmation box to acknowledge that this action is permanent.
5. Click the Delete Account Permanently button.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your profile and personal information including full name, email, phone number, location, preferences, and profile photo
• All your pigeon reports for lost or found pigeons and associated media such as photos, videos, and audio recordings
• All your marketplace listings and wanted ads, including their associated media
• All your messages and conversations with other users
• All your likes, saved listings, and notifications
• All offers you have made or received
• Any reviews you have left for other users
• Any feedback you have submitted

Data Retention Period

Once you request account deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. This process is irreversible and cannot be undone.

Please note that some data may be retained in backup systems for up to 30 days, but will not be accessible or used for any purpose during this period.
